Dump records out of Fed in Print (16 fields)
Update U:\dbt4\fip\fipseri.rdf if there are any new publications (i.e. any new NEWIDs)
Open Putty, Host name: all.repec.org, Login: adrepec
change directory: cd diane
list files to see what is there: ls
Open Winscp Host name: all.repec.org, Login : adrepec
Change directory to pub/RePEc/fip
Make folders for each new NEWID if needed
Drag (copy) the new fipseri.rdf to this folder
Change directory to diane
Drag (copy) the dump of FIP into the diane folder
fipred the dump of FIP, run: fipred fipxxx.dmp
to check (optional)
run: rech fip > fip.rech
run: more fip.rech
to see problems that may be there
last step
run: archiveupdate ~/diane/fip ~/pub/RePEc/fip
