If a supplementary bibliographic resorce has its own title
and
can be used independently, make a separate description. Link it to the bibliographic resource
to which it is supplementary by making a note (see rule
7B7).
If a supplementary bibliographic resource has no independent title
or cannot be used independently:
either record it as accompanying material (see rule
5E)
or make a note (see rule
7B10).
